Our approach

We'd rather you buy once and be glad you did than chase a refund. If something isn't right, email [email protected] first — many issues (wrong file, access problem, a question about content) are solved faster that way than through a refund.

Guide + Directory bundle	14 days from purchase	Refunds the full bundle price.
CV-building service	Before work begins only	Once we've started your review, the service has been performed and isn't refundable — but your one included revision is there specifically so you're not stuck with a first draft.
Everything bundle	14 days for the guide + directory portion	The CV-review portion follows the CV-service condition above once that work has started.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order confirmation. We aim to process approved refunds within 5 business days, back to your original payment method.

What isn't covered

• Change of mind after the refund window has closed.
• Dissatisfaction with an employer's response, an interview outcome, or a work-eligibility decision — none of these are things we control or guarantee.
• Requests made after reselling, redistributing, or fully copying the guide or directory content.

Duplicate or accidental charges

If you were charged twice, or charged in error, tell us right away — these are corrected in full regardless of the refund window above.
